The fantastic Play of Jesus' life, death, and resurrection... set into the hills of the Ozark Mountains with breath-taking scenery, the 70-foot Christ of the Ozarks, tour the Holy Land scenes with biblical characters, watch a presentation of parables of the potter, or David the shepherd boy, take a backstage tour... or pet the animals used in the play like sheep, donkeys -- even camels. There's also a beautiful Sacred Arts center, Bible Museum and gift shop. Plus there are events this summer including a conference July 19 on Noah's Ark and The Ark of the Covenant, a Back-to-School Concert August 14 , Missions Conference Sept 5-6, Deaf Awareness Weekend Sept 12-13, Bikes, Bibles & BBQ Sept 25-27. The grounds have lots of parking and visitors are encouraged to stop by or make a day of it. You can even eat in the Great Hall buffet. And remember, the antiques and shops in the tourist attraction downtown of Eureka Springs, Arkansas are delightful.
